Service Receptionist/Cashier/BDC
GROWING AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP IS LOOKING FOR CLIENT CARE SPECIALISTS:
This position is responsible for assisting service customers with scheduling appointments, updates on vehicle statuses, and customer retention efforts. Specialists must maintain regular attendance and demonstrate exceptional phone skills. Successful candidates will be flexible, possess good organizational skills, and maintain outstanding attention to detail. Consumer Services Specialists must also demonstrate good time management skills, be self-motivated and possess good interpersonal skills.
Specific duties include:
• Handle inbound phone inquiries and web appointment requests from customers
• Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
• Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to all customers
• Recommend additional products that best suit the customer
• Accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals
• Other duties as assigned Candidate requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience required
• Call center experience highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer ability
In addition to a competitive hourly rate of pay, representatives will also qualify for department bonus incentives. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, closed on weekends and major holidays. Responsibilities
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Show the utmost courtesy to all guests, visitors, and dealership personnel.
• Make every effort to achieve the production objectives set by management.
• Adhere to manufacturer's policies and procedures as they relate to labor operations, time and repair order documentation when performing warranty repairs and torque

• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of Service Technician experience REQUIRED
• GM experienced Preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification are ideal
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

We are seeking a motivated collision technician apprentice to join our expanding collision department. You will have access to the latest equipment and training from Car-O-Liner, 3M, Garmat, PPG, Alldata, and much more.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Communicate effectively with teammates
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Assist in repairing and/or replace Damaged Steel, aluminum and plastic panels using various tooling and techniques
- Mix and apply Primer to repaired panel
- Facilitate repaired vehicles into paint department
- Assist in reassembling vehicles ensuring proper fitment and operation of all components.
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred skills
- I-car certifications
- Trade school certification
- In Shop Experience
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of automotive components and systems
- Basic autobody knowledge (terminology, tooling, concepts)
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks to include have a valid driver's license, pass a drug screen and a standardized background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must Comply with all safety requirements set by shop
- Professional demeanor
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Position is based in a normal shop environment. Frequent physical activity such as kneeling, bending, squatting, stooping, lifting above shoulders is a part of daily activity as well as repetitive tasks involving hand and arm motion and lifting objects over 50 pounds. Must be able to push/pull parts carts and cars with assistance. Working environment consists of: Exposure to fumes, chemicals, dust, along with high levels of noise. Must have manual dexterity to operate equipment. Subject to weather conditions both inside and outside. Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
